ABOUT

Hi, I'm Will Lambert founder of Everyday Vision Builder. And I spent a long time looking for a way to feel better.

For many years, I studied and practised Vipassana meditation, Zen meditation, Breathwork, Focusing and other approaches to personal development.

Manifestation became part of that journey too.

I read The Secret. I explored the work of Esther Hicks, Bob Proctor, Napoleon Hill, Mary Morrissey and eventually Neville Goddard.

There was nothing inherently wrong with any of these approaches.

The problem was what I was trying to use them for.

I wanted to get rid of the uncomfortable emotions I was experiencing.

I thought if I practised enough, understood enough or found the right technique, eventually I’d get somewhere where I wouldn’t have to feel them anymore.

But wherever I went, my discomfort came with me.

I couldn’t escape it.

Eventually, I began learning something different.

Instead of constantly trying to get away from what I was experiencing, I started learning how to live with it and work with it.

I’m still learning.

And EFT Tapping became a big part of that journey.

I thought I’d figured out what I was going to do with my life.

After years of exploring and practising these approaches, I became qualified in Mindfulness Meditation, Breathwork and EFT Tapping.

Part of me thought: Great. This is it. I’ll become a coach of some sort and live the dream.

But there was a problem. I couldn’t seem to decide what that dream actually was.

First, I was helping people relax. Then I was helping professionals overcome hesitation.

Then I moved into helping professionals communicate better under pressure.

I had so many techniques and so many things I thought I could help people with.

But nothing was really taking shape.

I kept changing direction without ever stopping to ask why. Until eventually something became obvious.

I’d never really had a direction for my business beyond wanting it to make money.

I knew I wanted something. But I hadn’t really thought about the life I wanted to create.

So I went back to manifestation.

I dusted off my old books and started again.

I visualised. I affirmed. I tried to feel as though what I wanted had already happened.

And sometimes I’d whip myself into an emotional frenzy trying to really feel that it was already mine.

But underneath it all was a persistent little voice:

“No you don’t. You don’t have it at all. Who are you kidding?”

And I realised something.

I’d spent years learning not to fight what I was actually experiencing.

And somehow, I’d found myself doing it again.

I was trying to manufacture one internal experience while another part of me was saying something completely different.

That didn’t feel like the way forward for me.

What if I stopped pretending I’d already arrived?

So I started experimenting.

I stopped trying to convince myself I’d already arrived.

Instead, I started asking:

What am I actually trying to create?

Not just how much money I wanted. Not just the things I wanted to have. But what kind of life I wanted to build?

How did I want to spend my days? What experiences did I want to have? Who did I want to become? Why did any of it matter to me?

Gradually, those answers became a vision. Not a vision I had to pretend was already true.

A vision of something I was building towards.

That eventually became The Vision Journey — Finding Your Direction.

But having a direction didn’t make all my doubts disappear.

Fear showed up. Resistance showed up. That little voice still had plenty to say.

The difference was that I no longer believed I needed to get rid of all of it before I could move forward.

My experience with EFT gradually evolved into an approach I now call Emergence Tapping, which builds upon Steve Wells' Intention Tapping.

Instead of trying to force myself into a better emotional state, I could start with whatever was genuinely present.

Sometimes that meant fear. Sometimes doubt. Sometimes resistance. Sometimes just an uncomfortable feeling I couldn’t explain.

I could work with what was there rather than pretending it wasn’t.

And when enough of that inner friction shifted, I could reconnect with my direction and keep moving.

Then came the other lesson.

I didn’t need to know exactly how I was going to create the life I’d envisioned.

I could take a step. See what happened. Learn something. And take another. Sometimes an action created an opportunity.

Sometimes it didn’t. Sometimes experience changed my understanding of what I wanted.

And sometimes the vision itself needed to change.

That was okay too.

The vision wasn’t supposed to lock me into a future I’d imagined years earlier.

It was there to give me a meaningful direction while life continued to teach me things I couldn’t have known when I started.

And that’s how Everyday Vision Builder came to exist.

Not because I discovered the perfect manifestation technique. And not because I’ve got everything figured out.

Quite the opposite. I stopped believing I needed to.

What emerged instead was a way of approaching manifestation that made more sense to me:

Find a meaningful direction.

Work with what arises within you.

Move towards the life you want.

Learn from what actually happens.

And allow both you and your vision to evolve along the way.

Over time, those ideas grew into something bigger.

And that journey became:

THE MIDNIGHT COMPASS

Manifestation from the Inside Out.

And within it are three parts:

The Vision Journey — Finding Your Direction.

The Inner Quest — Facing the Wilderness Within.

The Way Forward — Live. Learn. Become.

The name The Midnight Compass reflects something I’ve had to learn for myself.

YOU DON'T NEED TO SEE THE ENTIRE ROAD AHEAD TO START MOVING.

And if you’re not sure what that direction is yet, that’s okay.

That’s where The Vision Journey begins.

I’ve created a short quiz to help you look at where you are now and take the first step towards getting clearer about where you want to go.

Everyday Vision Builder

Imagine what your life could become. Then start creating it.

You don’t need to know exactly how the journey will unfold. You just need a direction worth moving towards.
